The binocular has numbers on the label that says something like 9×32. The first number means that the lenses will give you a magnification power of nine times what it would be without it. The second number is the size of the lens that is in the front of the binoculars in millimeters. So if your number is thirty-two then, the lens is thirty-two millimeters wide. The size of your lens will tell you just how much of the light that is on the outside is able to get on the inside of the binoculars. The larger the lens, the more light you will be able to get.
