Being obedient can keep you alive, even if you have diabetes type II. By being obedient here I mean listening to and doing everything your doctor tells you to do. If your doctor says you shouldn’t eat a certain type of food or drink a certain type of liquid, listen to him. He knows better and is doing all he can to ensure you don’t die from the illness. The least you can do is cooperate with your doctor. It can get pretty boring exercising alone, as a diabetic, especially since you have to exercise all the time. To help you find fun in exercising, get a friend or someone that also needs to be exercising daily and work together. It’s usually fun when you are involved in the same thing with someone else, instead of doing it all by yourself.
