When purchasing equipment for a home aquarium, don’t forget to look at aquarium stands - the tank itself can be quite heavy.  Because regular furniture, like a TV stand, might not be constructed to support the weight of your tank, it is important to purchase a stand that was made specifically for your tank, so as to avoid making a big mess.
