Previously for the Finder Season 1 Event 3 “A Cinderella Story”, A NASA scientist seeks Walter’s help to discover the matching pair of a red stiletto put aside by a woman he met at a bar. Walter uses the stiletto since the first clue to locating the missing woman but at the same time he uncovers her alarming secret that winds up putting his or her own life in danger. Meanwhile, Willa exposes Leo’s black family secret, but when she tries to produce amends with him, she gets herself into more legal trouble.

On this week’s Episode title “Swing as well as a Miss”, Walter helps Isabel’s completely new baseball-star boyfriend when his number of memorabilia is stolen, and Walter and Leo even let Willa experience the case to generate her trust.

The character of Walter is described as an eccentric but amusing recluse in popular for his ability to get anything. He is skeptical connected with everything-he suffered brain deterioration while overseas, which explains his regular paranoia-and known for requesting offensive, seemingly irrelevant questions to get at the truth. Production on the episode was scheduled to start in December 2010, but was delayed to early 2011 because of creative differences.

Creator Hart Hanson submitted on Twitter (in a humorous manner) regarding the notes he got in the network, “I received studio notes for the Bones spin-off idea. They want it to be better. Unreasonable taskmasters. Impossible dreamers. Neo-platonists. ” During Fox’s TCA press tour, executive producer Stephen Nathan revealed production around the episode featuring The Locator started in February 2011, with the episode airing within April.

In the episode, the main characters of Bones travel to Key West, Florida, where The Finder is said to occur. Nathan went on to say regarding the casting involving character, “You want to find people you wish to see every single 7 days do one unique character. That’s why when you might have Hugh Laurie, who is essentially playing an extremely unlikable character, you love to observe him. And that is any rare, rare quality to come across. And the finder defintely won’t be an unlikeable character, but because it is really an unique character.
