Many people try running to lose fat. When you begin you should just try some light jogging for a mile or so. Eventually you’ll want to work up to where you can run a few miles with some sprints thrown in for some higher intensity every now and then. Before you run make sure to do some stretching for at least 10 to 15 minutes. You should also invest in a good pair of running shoes for extra comfort.
