Goals Setting With A Difference

One way to look at goals setting is to think about two different kinds. One is the outcome goal and the other is process goals. The former is the end point whilst the latter are the steps you take. These work best if they are something you can complete in one day. They should be trackable and recorded on a chart or in a journal so can go to bed at night knowing you’ve achieved what you set out to do and that if you keep them up your desired outcome just has to occur.
