Appearing on Google’s 1 - 10 web results is every web administrator’s dream. With Google generating over 85% of all Internet search engine referred traffic, reaching that privileged ranking can differentiate the professional Internet players from the amateur website owners.  As a matter of fact, numerous tests have demonstrated that the top three Google results are read by the majority of web surfers, the remaining results on that first page are the second most efficient ones, but only about 10% of Internet users explore beyond the third page of results.  So the first two pages are by far the best places to have your sites listed.  But can we all fit on those first two pages?  The answer may surprise you.  See if you can get listed on Google’s top 10.

A specialist interior office design company has a greater understanding of what an organisation’s future needs will be, and can put in place the most appropriate IT cooling and power management solutions for the organisation’s future growth.

And because it already has partnerships with organisations such as APC and Rittal, it is more likely to be able to save time and money by doing it right first time around.Let’s take a closer look at some of the costs involved. In addition to the cost of  building walls and floors, the following costs have to be considered for interior office design:

  • air conditioning, which might cost up to £15,000
  • an extra £12,000 for uninterruptible power supply (UPS) systems.
  • Communications for a data centre of 5-8 server racks would be around £10000, plus all your network costs

In total, that’s pretty close to £50,000, just for a medium-sized, server room facility. Now, you wouldn’t ask your facilities manager to design £50,000 worth of office, kitchen, or meeting room space because that’s just not what they do. So why would you ask your communications people to put their signature against that amount of money because they ‘do’ IT?

Botox (Botulinum Toxin Type A) is a derivative of Clostridium botulinum, a toxin associated with food poisoning. However, this toxin is now known to have several beneficial applications, both medical and cosmetic. In recent years Botox has become renowned for its effects on wrinkles and fine lines, and has fast become a booming part of the cosmetic industry with over a million people undergoing Botox treatment each year.

Botox injections block the release of acetylcholine to prevent the transmission of nerve impulses to the muscles. This causes the muscles to relax and decreases the visibility of the wrinkles, producing a ‘smoother’ appearance to the skin. In some cases Botox eliminates the wrinkles completely for the duration of the treatment. Botox is suitable for cosmetic use on the forehead, frown lines, lower eyelids, crow’s feet and above the lip.

Almost half of all Americans believe they have a guardian angel and there are many amazing anecdotes on the internet of people’s personal encounters with these supernatural beings. A guardian angel is there in a spiritual a capacity but can also come to your physical aid in times of need. If you are thinking of paying for a private paternity test or doing a home DNA test, think about the implication of the results before taking further action. You must be prepared for the possibility that you will not receive the result you want. It is estimated that around 1 in 20 children are being raised by a father who is unaware he is not the biological parent. In a third of cases where a DNA paternity case is carried out the alleged father finds he cannot be the natural parent. An unwanted result can cause devastation to the family and in particular the child involved so it may be prudent to seek counselling before taking the test, to discuss if DNA testing really is the right option for you and to assess how you will approach the situation with the child.

If the undesired result is receive, many DNA testing laboratories will provide referrals to family support and counselling services. To minimise the devastating effects on a child, companies ask that the tests are performed as early as possible in the child’s life. In some instances, a prenatal DNA test can be performed to confirm the identity of the biological father but the potential risks to the foetus, such as miscarriage, must be weighed up against the benefits of earlier peace of mind.

Halitosis is a problem which most people will suffer from at some point in their lives. There are numerous causes of bad breath, one of which is smoking. Unpleasant breath is an embarrassing affliction and to overcome it the sufferer must understand both the causes and how they can go about remedying it.

There are several reasons why there is a link between smoking and halitosis. Firstly, the nicotine can give your breath the same unpleasant ‘ash tray’ odor that it gives your hands and your clothes. The tar can build up on the cheeks, teeth and tongue. Quitting smoking is the only way to cure bad breath in this case. But smoking can also lead to other problems which cause halitosis.

Most people experience morning breath to some degree and this is because odor causing bacteria thrive in dry conditions. Smoking can also cause a dry mouth as it inhibits the flow of saliva. Staying well hydrated throughout the day will help, but the effectiveness of this bad breath solution depends on how much a dry mouth is a contributing factor to the breath odor. However, it will certainly go some way towards tackling the problem. Water is the best drink for a breath problem as sugary drinks can lead to other problems which characteristically lead to bad breath and coffee can make bad breath a lot worse.

During the septoplasty operation, which will need to be performed under a general anaesthetic, the surgeon will make a small incision to allow him to operate. He will then remove a small amount of cartilage from the septum to straighten it before stitching up the incision. A splint will be applied to the nose to allow it to heal properly and the nostrils will be packed. Although the pain should not be unbearable it is normal to feel discomfort after the operation, especially as the packing in the nostrils will necessitate breathing through the mouth.

The splint can be removed after around 48 hours and there may be some bleeding as the packing is taken out. The bruising and swelling will gradually disappear over a period of several weeks. Some patients will notice numbness in the tip of their nose, but full sensation should return within a month of the operation. As with any form of rhinoplasty, minor nose bleeds are common, particularly if undertaking strenuous activity, and there may be a noticeable increase in mucus production. The patient should avoid blowing their nose for a couple of days.
